Earlier warning of stopped traffic, traffic signals, dangerous road conditions, weather, or accidents, can keep driver's safer and prevent crashes. The Q6 e-tron has Car-to-X Services, a system that seamlessly communicates important warnings to the driver about impending danger, if they're available. The Eletre doesn’t offer a system that can receive automated systems from infrastructure or other vehicles.

The Audi Q6 e-tron offers an optional Top View Cameras and it also offers an optional rear camera washer to make backing always safe, regardless of road dirt or grime, while the Lotus Eletre doesn’t offer a camera washer, requiring manual cleaning.

Both the Q6 e-tron and the Eletre have standard driver and passenger frontal airbags, front and rear side-impact airbags, side-impact head airbags, front seatbelt pretensioners, height adjustable front shoulder belts, four-wheel antilock brakes, traction control, electronic stability systems to prevent skidding, crash mitigating brakes, post-collision automatic braking systems, daytime running lights, lane departure warning systems, blind spot warning systems, rearview cameras, rear cross-path warning, driver alert monitors and available around view monitors.

The Audi Q6 e-tron has achieved the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s (IIHS) highest rating of “Top Safety Pick Plus” for the 2025 model year. This distinction is based on its exceptional performance in IIHS’ rigorous battery of safety tests. Specifically, it earned a “Good” rating in the latest, more stringent moderate overlap front crash test, a “Good” result in the updated side impact test, and a “Good” score in the revised pedestrian crash prevention test. The Eletre has not yet been evaluated by the IIHS for 2025.

The Q6 e-tron comes with a full 4-year/50,000-mile basic warranty, which covers the entire truck. The Eletre’s 3-year/36,000-mile basic warranty expires 1 year or 14,000 miles sooner.

The Q6 e-tron comes with free roadside assistance for 4 years unlimited miles. Audi will send help if you run out of gas, need a jump-start, lock your keys in or need any assistance on the road. Lotus doesn’t give free roadside assistance for the Eletre.

The Q6 e-tron’s corrosion warranty is 4 years longer than the Eletre’s (12 vs. 8 years).

There are over 8 times as many Audi dealers as there are Lotus dealers, which makes it much easier should you ever need service under the Q6 e-tron’s warranty.

Changing a flat tire near traffic can be dangerous and inconvenient. The run-flat tires available on the Q6 e-tron can be driven up to 50 miles without any air pressure, allowing you to drive to a service station for a repair. The Eletre doesn’t offer run-flat tires.

The Audi Q6 e-tron may be more efficient, handle and accelerate better because it weighs about 550 to 850 pounds less than the Lotus Eletre.

The Q6 e-tron is 1 foot, 1.1 inches shorter than the Eletre, making the Q6 e-tron easier to handle, maneuver and park in tight spaces.

The Q6 e-tron has a much larger cargo volume with its rear seat up than the Eletre with its rear seat up (30.2 vs. 24 cubic feet). The Q6 e-tron has a much larger cargo volume with its rear seat folded than the Eletre with its rear seat folded (60.2 vs. 54 cubic feet).

To improve rear visibility by keeping the rear window clear, the Q6 e-tron has a standard rear wiper. The Eletre doesn’t offer a rear wiper.

In poor weather, headlights can lose their effectiveness as grime builds up on their lenses. This can reduce visibility without the driver realizing. The Q6 e-tron SQ6 has standard headlight washers to keep headlight output high. The Eletre doesn’t offer headlight washers.

To shield the driver and front passenger’s vision over a larger portion of the windshield and side windows, the Q6 e-tron has standard extendable sun visors. The Eletre doesn’t offer extendable visors.

The Q6 e-tron’s standard rear and side view mirrors have an automatic dimming feature. These mirrors can be set to automatically darken quickly when headlights shine on them, keeping following vehicles from blinding or distracting the driver. The Eletre has an automatic rear view mirror, but its side mirrors don’t dim.

The Q6 e-tron is available in both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations. The Eletre doesn’t offer a two-wheel drive configuration.
